Welcome!  You’ve reached the brand new website of our not so new little ministry.  Read on and we’ll introduce ourselves.

Puppet Praise Youth Ministries, Inc., is a non-profit foundation supported by the financial gifts and prayers of churches and other groups and individuals whom God leads to become partners with them in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our main USA outreach is through the Puppet Praise Ministry Team, an exciting blend of the puppetry, vocal, instrumental, and dramatic talents of senior high and college-age young people from the Myerstown, PA area.  Since 1983 the group has shared the good news of Jesus Christ in a special way to a wide variety of audiences from Maryland north to Nova Scotia, as well as overseas.  Ministry opportunities have included churches and Sunday Schools, senior citizen's groups, summer youth camps, private campgrounds, nursing and retirement homes, vacation Bible schools, mission conferences, Christian and secular schools, and community organizations.

In 1988 the team incorporated as Puppet Praise Youth Ministries, Inc., a non-profit foundation.  The primary goal of the ministry is the training and equipping of Christian youth for effective involvement in active Christ-centered ministry.  The organization's outreach has expanded to include such areas as 3rd World child sponsorship, financial support of home and foreign missionaries, and helping to train and/or equip similar ministry teams in the former Soviet Union, Portugal, Brazil and Mexico.  Technical assistance is also provided to area churches and other small group and individual ministries.

Home for us is a 38-acre farm nestled among woodlands, farm fields, our neighbors’ houses, and a cell phone tower.  Far enough out in the country to be peaceful, but still conveniently close to WalMart.  What more could we ask?
